Services

Subsurface investigation done right.

Every service we offer exists for one reason: to make sure you know what's underground before the bucket drops.

Private Utility Locating

Pinpoint identification of privately owned underground utilities — the lines 811 services don't mark. Critical for safe excavation on commercial and residential properties.

Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) Scanning

Detect both metallic and non-metallic targets including PVC, fiber, conduits, voids, slabs, and rebar. The gold standard for non-conductive utilities.

Electromagnetic Utility Locating

Trace energized and traceable conductive lines including power, communications, and metallic water and gas.

Underground Utility Marking

APWA color-coded surface marking with paint and flags so your crew knows exactly what's beneath them.

Pre-Construction Site Scanning

Comprehensive subsurface investigation before trenching, boring, drilling, or foundation work begins.

Utility Mapping & Reporting

Detailed PDF reports, site sketches, and digital deliverables documenting every located asset for your records.

Commercial & Residential Locates

From single-family backyard projects to multi-acre commercial sites — same precision, same standards.

Fast-Response & Emergency Locates

Rapid dispatch for hit lines, utility strikes, and tight construction windows when you need answers fast.

FAQ

Common questions, straight answers.

How is private utility locating different from 811?

811 services only mark publicly owned utilities up to the meter. Privately owned lines — irrigation, lighting, secondary feeds, abandoned conduits — are your responsibility, and that's exactly what we find.

How fast can you respond?

Most non-emergency locates are scheduled within 24-48 hours. Emergency dispatch is available the same day for urgent strikes or tight construction windows.

What deliverables do I get?

On-site APWA color-coded surface marking plus a PDF report with site sketches and notes — typically delivered within 24 hours of the locate.

Do you work on residential properties?

Yes. We handle backyards, driveways, pools, and additions with the same care as our commercial work.

Can GPR see through any surface?

GPR works through asphalt, concrete, soil, and most pavements. Conditions like saturated clay can reduce penetration — we'll tell you upfront if a site has limitations.

Are you insured?

Fully insured with general liability and workers comp coverage. Certificates available on request.
